What is Bandabling’s return policy?
We proudly stand by the quality of Bandabling bandanas. Bandabling offers a 7 day grace period from the time you receive your order. If you are dissatisfied, an exchange is gladly accepted for a new Bandabling of your choice of equal cost. A restocking fee of 15% is applied and all shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Only new Bandablings with the tag still attached will be exchanged.
Please measure your pet's neck size to avoid ordering the wrong size. If your pet's neck is in between sizes, go up to the next size. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by Bandabling. You MUST e-mail us @ info@bandabling.com for your Return Authorization number and return instructions.
What are the shipping rates?
We ship products anywhere in the United States. All Bandabling orders are shipped via UPS. A set shipping and handling charge has been established based on the total cost of purchase. When items are out of stock, they will automatically be back ordered and shipped without additional shipping charges. To conserve resources and be environment friendly, every attempt is made to ship Bandabling bandanas with the least amount of paper and packaging. What are the Drop Ship Terms for Retailers?
If you are a retailer and want to drop ship orders to your customers, please create an account and make sure all information, including billing is on file with us. A $1.50 drop ship fee will be added to each order in addition to standard shipping and handling fees. Orders must be sent via e-mail. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after confirming the order. All customer inquiries, questions or returns are the sole responsiblity of the retailer.
What Type of quality can I expect from Bandabling bandanas?
It is our mission to provide the highest quality materials that can be found while also providing the most fashionable bandana designs in the marketplace. Bandabling bandanas are made from high quality 100% cotton, cordoroy, faux leather, wool, satin, velvet and other luxurious textiles. Some are trimmed with high quality grosgrain ribbon, satin ribbon and jacquard decorator quality trim. We recomend care in washing and dry flat. Substitutions of materials may occur without notice. Every Bandabling is hand sewn and hand snapped.
Are the Bandablings safe for my pet to wear?
Bandablings are trimmed with beautiful embellishments and trims and are secured with a patent-pending adjustable snap closure for extra comfort and adjustable sizing. Adjustable snaps were chosen not just for aesthetic reasons but because they were more durable then Velcro, do not tighten around the dogs neck the way tie bandanas do and just unsnap if a pet becomes hooked on something. Cats and dogs both tested all styles of Bandablings. The Bandablings were not fussy, cumbersome or uncomfortable for them to wear.
Liability: Bandablings are designed to be attractive neck wear for pets. However, like any product, care should be used when pets are wearing them. We are not responsible for any harm to pets or other people by misusing the product, or eating either the product or any attached accessories or trims, and are only liable up to the cost of the product. Pet owners should use care with our products around pets and small children. Our pewter charms have a sterling overlay and manufactured in the U.S. They ARE NOT made in China.
What sizes are available?
Because Bandablings have adjustable snaps, a perfect fit is easy to find. The following chart is an approximate guideline:
- Small: Pet neck size up to 14”
- Medium: Pet neck size up to 20”
- Large: Pet neck size up to 24"
- X-Large: Pet neck size up to 30" (limited styles)
Can I use Bandablings photos, text, logo or designs on my web site or in print?
No one can use any photos, designs, logos, tag lines, names, text or verbiage without explicit permission and instruction by Bandabling. All intellectual property is trademarked and copy written and our adjustable snap design is patent pending. We will work with our customers to make sure our product is beautifully represented for them on their sites and in print, but not without legal approval. Anyone who sells and advertises Bandabling bandanas MUST use the Bandabling name and logo on their site, in print and keep all tags on the product when selling the product in their stores.
